General Accountant REPORTS:
VP and Controller- Chuck Cardwell
BASIC FUNCTION
Maintain accounting schedules, bank reconciliations; billing backup; accounting backup; and financial statement preparationSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Reconcile all non-payroll bank accounts & cash sheet Log purchase accrual data A/P- Review, put together, appliance product vendor invoices for input by A/P Review and help resolve inventory discrepancies Take and assist in Product inventories Payroll
- Collect, review, and process hourly timecards Prepare and Distribute Monthly Sales Reports on a timely basis Backup for appliance and service billings Backup for cash receipting & accounts payable Assist with credit card processing Assist with financial statement preparation Run monthly/weekly reports as required Special projects as required
