This role will be exposed to the month-end and year-end close processes. It will include partnering with AP, PO, and T&E systems in order to check accounts for accuracies and consistencies. Confirm that entries adhere to the policies and procedures set by the department and company. Identify gaps and suggest and implement process improvements.
Accountabilities:
Account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts for supply chain Collaboration with the FP&A team to cover all inconsistencies and gaps Enforcing month-end deadlines with other departments and reviewing their work for accuracy Resolve differences and gather backup for supply chain accounts
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
Deadlines for account reconciliations Deadlines for journal entries and reporting
Own:
Account balances and accuracy, including inventory Details of month over month changes
Influence:
Changes to reconciliation of accounts Reconciling items
Veto:
Inefficient or incomplete work submitted to be posted
Critical Relationships:
The entire FP&A and accounting teams in supply chain
Skills Needed To Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of experience Ability to effectively communicate Experience with

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
