The ideal candidate must have extensive hands‑on experience with Paychex Flex and QuickBooks , strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict accuracy. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle accounting, including AP, AR, payroll reconciliation, and financial reporting Maintain and oversee company financial records, ledgers, and statements Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Reconcile payroll data from Paychex Flex and integrate with QuickBooks Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost‑saving opportunities Work closely with management to support operational and financial decision‑making Requirements Active CPA certification required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Extensive experience with Paychex Flex and QuickBooks (non‑negotiable) Minimum 3-5 years of professional accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in service‑based or security industry is a plus
