We provide and implement innovative solutions in transportation, aviation, water, energy efficiency and technology for the communities which we serve.
Description:
We are seeking a staff accountant/ property accountant with strong Yardi experience, to support our facility management group.
Responsibilities:
Financial Preparation A/R, A/P, G/L and collections Resident communications, satisfaction and issue resolution Bank Reconciliation Foster strong relationships with residents, vendors and the surrounding community
Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in business administration, accounting, or hospitatility. 5+ years of experience in a residential property management, hospitality, or similar field. Must be detailed oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Experience with Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe preferred.
