- At least 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with cost accounting and plant-level financial activities.
- Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal control practices.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application in day-to-day accounting work.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience with organizational accounting processes and manufacturing operations is strongly preferred.
