What You'll Do:

Coordinate, process, and disburse construction escrow funds for new construction transactions Review escrow orders for accuracy and completeness Requisition funds from lenders and prepare checks and lien waivers Monitor disbursement timelines, generate tracking reports, and manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met Review and clear lien waivers and prepare necessary endorsements and update searches Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, builders, and internal teams Handle daily reconciliation items, deposits, and follow-up tasks as needed Maintain records for W-9s and assist with 1099 reporting and monthly reviews Address customer inquiries and escalate any disbursement disputes to leadership

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in residential real estate closings, loan processing, accounting, or a related field Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Experience with business software; SoftPro experience is a plus Solid understanding of financial processes, including ledgers and reconciliation Ability to analyze detailed information and identify potential risks Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent time management abilities Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
