Your expertise will be crucial in driving effective cash flow management and ensuring precise billing and payment procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Craft and dispatch monthly applications for payment, monitor billing progress, retention, and negotiate change orders. Uphold compliance by preparing and tracking lien waivers, aligning with both contractual and funding agency mandates. Manage receivables effectively by tracking aging, resolving billing issues, and reducing delays in payments. Leverage billing software like Textura, maintaining accuracy in accounts receivable records, and contribute to month-end financial closings.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years in the construction finance sector. Proficiency in industry-specific billing and collections processes. Deep understanding of construction-related financial documentation and contract terms. Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with software such as Textura, Sage, and Procore is advantageous.
