Accounting & HR Intern - Summer 2026

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting / HR Intern to support our account and human resources teams. This internship provides hands-on experience in both accounting and HR functions, offering exposure to core accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations, along with exposure to HR operations including onboarding, employee records management, and payroll support processes in coordination with both HR and accounting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Help reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies Assist in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets Organize and maintain accounting documents and files
Human Resources Support:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration tasks

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship or relevant coursework in accounting or HR Familiarity with accounting software or HRIS systems
