Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) available for eligible employees Overview A mission-driven organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing accounting team. This role supports core accounting functions including general ledger, financial statement preparation, and grant accounting, reporting directly to the CFO. Responsibilities Manage general ledger and prepare financial statements Perform account, bank, and cash reconciliations including AR roll forward Execute grant accounting and ensure accurate tracking and reporting Support month-end close activities and maintain accurate financial records Collaborate with the CFO and accounting team on day-to-day financial operations Requirements Strong general ledger experience required Grant accounting experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with an ERP system Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Nice to Have Experience in healthcare or nonprofit industry
