In this role, you will support the accounting department by assisting with financial record-keeping, data entry, and reconciliation processes. Your contributions will help ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and smooth day-to-day financial operations. Duties Assist with maintaining the general ledger, including journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments Manage payroll data entry using systems such as Quickbooks to ensure accurate employee compensation processing Conduct data entry tasks related to financial transactions using accounting software like QuickBooks, UltraTax, and Tenantcloud.
