Key Responsibilities:

Senior Accountant Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with GAAP (or applicable accounting standards) Process vendor invoices and payments Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivables, and inventory to subledgers Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist in internal financial reports for management Support budget preparation and variance analysis

Experience Preferred:

Senior Accountant Bachelors in Accounting 5+ years of relevant work experience Strong Excel and communication skills #
