Month Temporary Assignment Pay Rate:
$24-$25 per hour
Schedule:
First 2 weeks: Part-time (approximately 4 hours per day for training)
Thereafter:
Full-time (40 hours per week) Position Summary The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting general accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, and accounts receivable activities. This role supports the Accounting Department and reports to the Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities Support month‐end close, including journal entries and reconciliations Prepare and review financial and system‐generated reports Record payroll expenses and resolve discrepancies with HR Analyze inventory, manufacturing, and cost variances (manufacturing experience a plus) Manage accounts receivable, collections, and customer inquiries Process invoices, cash receipts, banking activity, and reconciliations Perform additional accounting duties as assigned As a
