Standard $ Paid Full Time Part Time Description Our Lending, Teller and Accounting internship will support the lending and accounting department in our Winfield location. The intern will learn basic loan auditing procedures as well as learn various elements of third party vendor's systems to pull and report data. The intern will have overall exposure to all areas of the financial industry and will work independently as well as in group environments. The intern will support the organization by completed member deposit and withdrawl transactions utilizing cash management and math skills. Responsibilities Accounting Focus Ensure draft and ach files balance to general ledger Track and enter call center reports Validating required federal regulations for incoming and outgoing wires Assist on Debit card fraud reporting process Lending Focus Update monthly loan report tracking and analysis spreadsheets Manage Member Business Loan documentation auditing and tracking and communicate with business owners to gather needed information Maintain non-activated debit card portfolio Complete monthly outbound call surveys for New and Closed Accounts Teller Focus Complete member deposit and withdrawl transactions utilizing strong math and cash handling skills to maintain cash drawer balance. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Word and Excel Comfort in learning additional software programs Intern must possess excellent time management and organizational skills Attentiveness to detail and follow through Cash counting and balancing skillsContact Information Email Address:
