Short Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent accounting experience; 2-4 years accounting/auditing experience required. Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and governmental accounting principles; familiarity with federal, state, and agency budgeting and fiscal policies. Minimum 2 years' experience with PeopleSoft required; experience with Euna (financial & grants software) highly desired. Proven experience performing project reconciliations, audit reviews, and preparing journal entries and revenue transactions. Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex financial discrepancies, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across finance teams and present clear, accurate information. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure with diplomacy and tact. Must be able to reconcile open/old projects and drive them to closure in financial systems.
Pay:
