Construction Accountant Salary:

Construction Accountant:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across construction projects
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Assist with payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Coordinate annual audits and provide required supporting documentation
- Analyze project costs and identify savings and process improvement opportunities
- Utilize Sage Intacct for financial management, reporting, and analysis Qualifications for the
Construction Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience; construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct highly desired
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
