Cost Accountant Location:
Indianapolis, IN Salary:
$90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in Indianapolis seeking a Cost Accountant to join their finance team. This role focuses on analyzing costs, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting to drive profitability.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze production/project costs Prepare cost reports and variance analyses Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory accounting Collaborate with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-7 years of cost accounting experience Strong knowledge of cost analysis and variance reporting CMA a plus
