$80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience) We are recruiting on behalf of a respected corporate employer in Indianapolis seeking a Tax Accountant. This role focuses on tax compliance and planning for partnerships and C-corporations, offering the stability of an in-house environment rather than public accounting.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for partnerships and C-corps Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions and filings Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex partnership and corporate issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and optimize tax positions Support audits and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-6 years of tax accounting experience with partnerships and C-corps Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software
