W2 JOB SUMMARY
Possible extension depending on team workload, but not guaranteed Onsite Tues through Thursday, remoteMonday and Friday Overview:
Manage intercompany accounting activities related to mobility payroll, tax equalization (TEQ), EID payments and stock-based compensation, and oversees intercompany billing and cash settlement processes for designated markets.Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain intercompany reconciliation process for various brands/markets; provide intercompany invoices to markets and research/coordinate with markets and related d Service Centers
- Prepare and record intercompany billing and FX related entries as needed for responsible markets
- Manage EID & stock-based compensation reporting, repeaters, and cross-charges to markets
- Prepare and record Expat Payroll entries to charge markets
- Prepare cash wires to settle intercompany balances with field markets as needed
- Coordinate with Payroll and E&Y to prepare/record TEQ and tax gross-up entries to charge Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
