Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to support a multi-unit restaurant organization. This position will assist with bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll preparation, financial reporting support, and executive administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel and QuickBooks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-location environment.
This position includes:
Assisting the Accounting Manager/bookkeeper Preparing payroll information for the payroll company Handling AP/AR and data entry Assisting in administrative tasks Supporting operations when needed
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
