Job Description

Staff Accountant Salary:
$65,000-$75,000 A growing healthcare-related organization is adding a Staff Accountant to support month-end close, reconciliations, and ongoing system improvements. This role offers stability, autonomy, and exposure to a multi-entity environment. What You'll Do Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations Assist with month-end close and journal entries Work in NetSuite and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Cross-train as backup in AP and inventory/purchasing Support accounting across multiple entities and acquisitions What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills; ERP experience preferred (NetSuite a plus) Self-sufficient, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently Degree not required; solid hands-on experience valued Why This Role Stable organization with long-tenured leadership Exposure to growth, acquisitions, and process improvement Hands-off management style with ownership of your work Click here to apply online
