Do Oversee Finances :

Support the administration and coordination of Finance Control Department operations.

Ensure Compliance :

Maintain an accounting system that aligns with regulations and accurately reflects the bank s financial position.

Produce Reports :

Lead the preparation of financial and statistical reports for management, directors, and regulators.

Strengthen Controls :

Design and implement internal controls to protect the bank s assets.

Lead Budgeting :

Manage the preparation and ongoing maintenance of the annual budget.

Supervise Teams :

Oversee wire transfers, train staff, conduct reviews, and ensure department goals are achieved.

Manage Tax Filings :

Prepare and record corporate tax calculations.

Analyze Profitability :

Evaluate financial trends and present findings to bank leadership.

Prepare Audits :

Compile ESOP and 401(k) documentation for external auditors. What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree in Accounting , Finance, or Economics. 3+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Proven leadership and employee development abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in spreadsheet applications. Ability to work in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility to work varied hours based on workflow. Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance. Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday. Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
