Staff Accountant:
- Communicate with customers and vendors to collect payments and process checks
- Process incoming and outgoing payments accurately and timely
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare month-end financial reporting packages
- Present monthly financial results to leadership
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency Qualifications for the
Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience; wholesale or distribution experience a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear, responsive communicator
