Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting operations and financial records Assist with month-end close, including: Preparing and reviewing journal entries Completing general ledger account reconciliations Supporting financial reporting Manage fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and reconciliations Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns and assist with other federal and state filings Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience Manufacturing experience is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Understanding of sales and use tax laws and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
