Staff Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description Peavey Corporation, a leader in forensics manufacturing, is looking for an accounting specialist to join our accounting team. This is a full time position (30-40 hours per week). Job responsibilities may include but will not be limited to collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, payroll and other general areas of need.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Post daily cash receipts Customer Invoicing Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Reconciling credit card statements Audit paperwork and process invoices Compile and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the controller Communicate via phone, email, and Teams messaging with Customers and Co-Workers Help update and create training materials for the accounting department Provide general administrative help Report to the Controller Help with monthly closings and status reports. Payroll And other duties as assigned
