We're looking for an experienced, tax-focused CPA who values flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative environment where clients are more than just numbers on a return.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns (S corps, partnerships, trusts, and individuals). Communicate directly with clients to provide proactive tax planning and advice. Research complex tax issues and support our team in handling multi-entity and high-net-worth scenarios. Assist in improving internal processes and mentoring junior staff (if interested).

What We're Looking For:

Licensed CPA (or actively pursuing) with solid tax preparation and review experience. Comfortable managing client relationships directly. Strong attention to detail and a "figure it out" mindset. Experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
