Key Responsibilities:

Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, which may include processing invoices and tracking payments. Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and balance sheet accounts regularly to resolve discrepancies. Oversee the management and regular updates of lien waivers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Handle the processing of payment applications to facilitate timely payments and maintain project cash flow. Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and balance sheet accounts Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 1-2 years of experience in corporate accounting Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account reconciliation and data entry accurately Knowledge of non-profit accounting practices is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
