Job Description Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns. Handle complex tax issues and provide strategic tax planning recommendations. Prepare and analyze financial statements. Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and build strong long-term relationships. Lead client engagements and maintain high standards of service. Mentor and support junior staff members. Assist with process improvements and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver outstanding client results. Qualifications Active CPA license required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting. Strong knowledge of tax preparation and financial statement preparation. Experience advising clients and managing multiple engagements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Leadership and mentoring abilities. Master's degree is a plus.
