Handle ad hoc email/phone call requests. Approve Concur expense reports. Improve processes as time permits. Monthly Prepare reconciliations on multiple general ledger accounts. Maintain prepaid accounts. Assist with job costing. Calculate and pay commissions. Yearly/Occasionally Assist Controller and Assistant Controller with audits performed by our third-party CPAs and other regulatory agencies, such as the Departments of Revenue and Labor. Filing business occupation licenses forms as well as payment of invoices. Filing business personal property tax returns as well as payment of invoices. Assist in occasional financial projects as needed.
