This role ensures accurate and timely completion of accounting processes, assists with month-end and year-end closings, prepares reconciliations, and supports the centralized accounting team in maintaining compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or CPA candidate preferred. Experience Minimum 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience required. Corporate or multi-property hospitality accounting experience preferred. Experience with accounting systems such as Aptech PVNG, OnQ PMS, or similar a plus. Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control procedures. Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and monthly account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and financial statement preparation. Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions. Review and verify the accuracy of invoices, expense allocations, and coding. Support the Corporate Director of Centralized Accounting in consolidating and analyzing financial data across multiple entities. Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests as needed. Maintain organized accounting records and documentation for compliance and reporting. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
