The Animal Rescue League of Boston (ARL) , one of New England's leading animal welfare organizations, is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our organization. This full-time position is based out of our Dedham location.

What we offer:

Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $95,000 annually. Health, dental, and vision insurance upon hire. Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, sick, personal days. What you will do:

The person in this role must Get it: understand GAAP, the close cycle, payroll mechanics, and how the pieces of a non-profit's books fit together.
