Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysisPrepare and review financial statements and supporting schedulesMaintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesAssist with accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and intercompany transactionsSupport audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors as neededAnalyze financial data and provide reporting to support management decision-makingHelp improve accounting processes and documentation to increase efficiency and accuracyPartner cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, procurement, and other internal teamsEnsure compliance with GAAP and company policiesSupport ad hoc projects related to system implementations, process improvements, or reporting needs

This role will support core accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance activities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
