Key Responsibilities:

Perform general ledger reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries and support financial statement preparation Maintain and update accounting records and files Process accounts payable and receivable transactions as needed Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support special projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar accounting support role preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting practices Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
