Job DescriptionJob Description CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a Senior Accountant . Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to serve as the sole accounting professional within a growing, private equity-backed technology hardware manufacturing and distribution business. This role requires a highly self-sufficient individual who can independently all aspects of accounting, from day-to-day transactional activities through month-end close and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal oversight in a standalone capacity. Key Responsibilities Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger maintenance Own the month-end close process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely reporting Prepare and maintain trial balances and financial statements Conduct bank and account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including AP/AR Maintain accurate records of inventory-related transactions and assist with reconciliation of inventory balances Record and reconcile intercompany transactions accurately and timely Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards Prepare internal financial reports for leadership and external stakeholders Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP Ability to manage the entire accounting function independently Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Preferred CPA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance Exposure to IFRS standards Experience with intercompany accounting Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based environment Experience with NetSuite CBIZ Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
