Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries while maintaining accurate general ledger records Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly Support the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages Ensure compliance with GAAP and established internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to REIT or construction environments Strong understanding of GAAP principles Experience with property management and construction accounting software preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment CPA or CPA-track preferred but not required
