Excellent benefits package including 100% employer-paid medical insurance We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Accountant for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for an accounting professional looking to expand their experience in general accounting, cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable interacting with multiple departments across the organization. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals, fixed assets, depreciation, prepaids, and month-end close activities Prepare and reconcile journal entries for month-end and year-end processes Support customer inquiries related to accounts receivable Maintain balance sheet and profit & loss support schedules Assist with inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies Perform cycle count audits and analyze perpetual inventory for accuracy and valuation Identify opportunities for process improvements and internal controls Assist with mid-year and year-end audit preparation Support ad hoc accounting and financial projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required Advanced degree and/or accounting certification is a plus Experience or understanding of ERP manufacturing systems preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments If you are looking for a stable opportunity with excellent benefits and growth potential, we encourage you to apply today! #IND123
