Job Description:

Senior Staff Accountant - Hybrid / Waltham, MA Our client, a growing organization within the life sciences and healthcare sector, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations, month-end close activities, and internal reporting. This role partners closely with finance leadership and supports process improvement efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support general ledger accounting and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Prepare and review standard financial statements, schedules, and internal reports Manage accounts payable, payroll processing, and routine cash disbursements Support cost accounting and inventory-related activities Maintain and enhance accounting processes and internal controls Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a staff or senior accountant role Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems preferred CPA preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
