BachelorsResponsibilities Support the month-end close process by ensuring all sub-ledgers are finalized and financial statements are prepared for review. Maintain the General Ledger and chart of accounts to ensure all financial data is organized and accurate. Prepare and post monthly journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions. Perform monthly balance sheet and GL reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all operating entities. Research income statement fluctuations and provide clear reporting on budget-to-actual variances. Assist senior management in preparing accurate financial reporting packages for leadership review. Collaborate with department heads to provide the data and support needed for the annual budget process. Identify and suggest ways to improve accounting workflows and drive cost savings across the organization. Oversee the daily flow of Accounts Payable and Receivable to ensure vendors are paid and revenue is captured. Manage daily cash application activities and monitor bank balances for multiple locations.
