What You'll Do:
Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Oversee grant accounting and ensure compliance with funding requirements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes Prepare financial statements and support audits Collaborate with leadership on special projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
