Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Accounting & Transaction SupportMaintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of propertiesProcess payables, receivables, and day-to-day accounting transactionsReview and code vendor invoices; monitor payment activitySupport tenant billing cycles, rent collections, and reconciliation of operating expensesGeneral Ledger & Financial AccuracyAssist with general ledger maintenance and supporting schedulesPerform bank reconciliationsTrack operating costs and ensure proper expense classificationsMaintain organized and audit-ready financial documentationReporting & Close ProcessSupport preparation of monthly financial packages and variance analysisContribute to annual budgeting and forecasting activitiesAssist with month-end close procedures across assigned propertiesMonitor budget-to-actual performance and highlight variancesCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with property management and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reportingInterface with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding billing and documentationMaintain organized lease files and accounting records
