This role is critical in supporting project financial management and ensuring compliance within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage subcontractor billing and ensure accuracy of invoices. Track project costs and assist in budget creation and monitoring. Conduct compliance reviews for certified payroll requirements. Handle revenue recognition processes in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to maintain financial integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required). Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Proficiency with Sage Timberline or similar accounting/project management systems. Strong understanding of cost tracking, budgeting, and compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of construction accounting principles and revenue recognition standards. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. IND4
