We are seeking four qualified Accountants at varying experience levels to join our team supporting our Department of Defense (DoD) Client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountant Level I Support financial management, audit readiness, and remediation activities Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit documentation Support PBCs, walkthroughs, and audit requests Maintain supporting documentation and audit evidence repositories Assist in control execution and testing activities Knowledge of:
Basic accounting principles Financial reporting processes Accountant Level II Execute audit remediation, financial reporting, and internal control activities Perform reconciliations across GL, feeder systems, and sub-ledgers Support FSCR, P2P
(AP/Obs), Asset Reporting, and A-123 control activities Develop and review assertion packages, CAPs, and audit documentation Support audit liaison activities and auditor engagement Contribute to financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and reporting Knowledge of:
GAAP, GAGAS, ICOFR SFFAS / FASAB OMB A-123, A-127, A-136
Federal financial systems and audit frameworks REQUIREMENTS
Active Secret Clearance 2-5 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Strong communication and documentation skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
DoD / Air Force FIAR experience Experience with FSCR, P2P, Asset Reporting Experience interacting with auditors (IPA, GAO, DoDIG) Certification preferred (CPA, CIA, CISA, CGFM, CDFM) SALARY:
