(S)he is responsible for all planning, coordinating, and directing the Programs Finance functions. (S)he directs the operations of the Finance Department functions and staff.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Minimum of a B.S. degree in
Accounting or Finance Experience:
5 years' experience in accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, develop and monitor program capital and operating budgets and all other financial transactions. Develop and maintain all financial procedures in compliance with TCH policies and outside regulatory agencies. Advise and assist management staff in the application and interpretation of financial policies and procedures. Provides timely and accurate financial reports to the CEO and Board to facilitate effective use of TCH's resources and to Department Heads to ensure fiscal accountability for each program. Cooperates with and participates in Program quality improvement programs and initiatives. Educate, monitor, and evaluate management staff on budgets, fiscal operations, and program financial status. Evaluate all assigned staff & coordinate the functions of the Finance Department. Communicate, advise and assist other departments to ensure that the needs of residents and staff are met. With regard to Finance, assists Programs in readiness for licensure, CARF, and Medicaid surveys. Provide in-service training appropriate for staff as needed. Collaborates and participates in Program quality improvement programs and initiatives. Understands, promotes and supports cultural competency in all interactions. Assist Human Resources in the negotiation of all medical, dental, life, short-term disability and long-term disability benefits programs. Provides in-service training to staff.
