Job DescriptionJob Description Perform hands company bookkeeping and construction accounting Generate invoices and applications for payments (draws) Maintain accounts payable and/or accounts receivable Deposit and/or issue checks, reconcile bank statements Proficient in QuickBooks and customer billing software such as Textura and Procore Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss, A/P, A/R cash flow, Enter journal entries, prepare & monitor annual operating budget Generate payroll and certified payroll reporting, HR & office management experience Track all city, state and federal tax responsibilities Organize tax and accounting information for year-end tax filing for external CPA Manage vendor requirements including insurance, lien releases, and purchase orders Assist in procurement including subcontracting, project set-up, and administration Negotiable subject to experience, qualifications, team fit, etc. Company DescriptionThe Stinson family has been tackling some of the Mid-Atlantic's most challenging underground infrastructure projects for 80+ years.
