Accounting Staff Position Summary Psomagen, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our Accounting department. This entry-level accounting position primarily focuses on Accounts Receivable operations and is structured as a growth-track role designed to expand into broader accounting and financial reporting responsibilities over time. This position will be based in the Psomagen office in Rockville, Maryland. Responsibilities Issue and review invoices accurately Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging Verify and record incoming payments (check, ACH, credit card) Prepare AR and revenue-related reports Support monthly closing process Assist with audit documentation Assist in preparing financial reports for headquarters Internal Growth Opportunity This position offers meaningful hands-on experience in financial closing and reporting within a growing biotech company. The role also provides exposure to financial reporting and internal control processes within a publicly listed company environment. With demonstrated performance and capability, responsibilities may expand in stages: Full ownership of AR operations Participation in monthly closing procedures Revenue account analysis and reconciliation Support in financial statement preparation Transition into broader general accounting responsibilities Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Bilingual in Korean and English (required for reporting and business communication) Strong attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Desire to grow within the accounting profession Fluency in Korean is required to collaborate with the Korea headquarters and to prepare regulatory disclosure materials.
