Staff Accountant About the
Company and Opportunity:
Our client provides flexible lending and financial solutions that expand access to affordable housing, support community development, and create economic opportunities for underserved populations. Due to a leave, they are hiring a temporary part-time Staff Accountant. Position is in-office in Silver Spring, MD. Schedule is 15/hrs a week (Tuesday and Thursday) Pay is $28-30/hr - a great place to network, learn new software, and keep your skills alive!

approx. 3 months Overview of the Staff Accountant role: AP - review, code, route for approvals Vendor setup and maintenance Employee expense reports Invoicing Bank reconciliations Journal entries Cash receipts Loan and payment tracking Preferred Qualifications for the
Staff Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years' accounting experience Experience with Concur and NetSuite is a plus Non-profit experience is a preferred Proficient in Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills #INJUN2026
