Job Description
Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including complex journal entriesPrepare and review account reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, intercompany)Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledgerAnalyze financial results and investigate variancesAssist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedulesManage accruals, prepaids, and revenue/expense recognitionMaintain fixed assets and oversee depreciation schedulesSupport internal and external audits, including documentation and requestsEnsure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controlsPartner with FP&A and operational teams on financial insightsIdentify and implement process improvements and efficienciesMentor junior accounting staff or support AP/AR teams as needed
