Job Description

Description Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will be responsible for core general accounting functions, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and process consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies Manage fixed assets and capital accounting, including depreciation schedules Record and post payroll journal entries Assist with the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements Perform general ledger maintenance and month-end close activities
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a full-cycle or general ledger environment Experience with fixed assets and depreciation accounting Experience with Bassetts (SP) fixed asset software preferred Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
