The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting management decisions, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Prepare financial reports Process and review vendor payments through banking and payment portals Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements Prepare supporting documentation for audits and tax filings Monitor financial transactions and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles Proficiency with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management Experience with online banking platforms and payment processing Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage confidential financial information Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth within the accounting and finance department Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule (9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM) Supportive and collaborative work environment Requirements Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with company financial policies Must be 21 years of age or older Must pass a background check No drug-related charges on record (due to industry compliance requirements)
