Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling client bank statements, managing financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of journal entries. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile client bank account statements to ensure financial accuracy. Assist with coding expenses for payroll, cash receipts, and cash disbursements. Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system. Maintain clients' accounting software and financial files. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications. Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online preferred but will train the right candidate. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure. Experience with payroll input or Tax preparation a plus.
