Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Manage general ledger reconciliations across multiple entities Handle complex intercompany transactions, allocations, and reporting/reposting Analyze balance sheet and income statement fluctuations Perform variance analysis and identify trends/discrepancies Support internal and external audits Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Maintain reporting structures within ERP/accounting systems Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting workflows Assist with accounting policy and internal controls documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2-5+ years of accounting / financial reporting experience Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge Experience with multi-entity / multi-location / multi-property accounting environments Experience handling complex intercompany transactions required Workday ERP experience highly preferred Advanced Excel and strong systems aptitude Strong analytical / problem-solving mindset A bit about us:•We are a privately held, multi-entity organization operating across several business units and locations, known for delivering high-quality guest and customer experiences through a portfolio of established hospitality and service-driven brands.
